The Volkswagen bus, or Transporter, is one of the first civilian minibuses produced by Volkswagen since 1950. At then end of the 60s and beginning of the 70s, it became the image of an entire era and a spirit of the Hippie movement.
Volkswagen's marketing approach to the T2 line was about the same as it was with the “beetle” – it was simple in style and the most useful transport for home, work, and picnic trips. In the United States, it quickly won the hearts and the minds of thousands as a cost-effective family.
This particular Bus, with 3 rows of seating features a newly rebuilt engine, transmission, braking and suspension system. Additionally, it recently received a complete body and paint treatment all in it's original colors. However, probably the most unique feature for this particular gem is factory AIR CONDITIONING!
