This 1970 Plymouth Roadrunner was screen-used in the 2015 movie “Furious 7” starring Vin Diesel, Paul Walker and Jason Statham. In the film, Vin Diesel is chasing Jason Statham from Han's funeral, through downtown Los Angeles, across the 6th Street Bridge and into the tunnels while driving this car. It wears a beautiful FK5 Burnt Orange paint job with a semi-gloss black lift-off hood with scoop and white “440 6BBL” callouts, but this machine is actually powered by a modified GM 6.2 liter LS3 backed by an automatic transmission with a 9" rear end. Features include complete stock interior, custom dash with Autometer gauges, Sidewinder automatic shifter, custom roll cage, JAZ fuel cell, power steering, 4-wheel Brembo disc brakes and Centerline Wheels. It was displayed at Universal Studio's during the premiere of "Furious 7" in 2015. Accompanied by studios documentation showing the serial number of this car as being used in the movie. Obtained from a Universal Studios executive who used it as a daily driver after the premiere. "Furious 7" was the 7th installment of the "Fast & Furious" movie franchise. It grossed over $1.5 billion dollars at the box office making it the #1 biggest car movie ever and the 6th Highest grossing movie of all times.
